History
Letocom was founded by Daniel J. Leto in 1989 in Albany, New York. The company started out installing small business telephone systems. Letocom has since grown into a full service telecommunications company, specializing in installing and servicing digital, hybrid, and Pure IP business telephone and voice mail systems. We provide systems from as few as four phones to over 400. The company carries only top name brands and offers very competitive prices. Letocom been helping local businesses grow and prosper by providing technical telecommunications solutions and support for our clients. In today’s ever-changing telecom world, it is important to know your vendor has a long, stable track record.
In 1998, we partnered with Samsung Telecommunications and quickly became a preferred vendor in the Capital Region. Letocom is a family owned and operated business. Your success is our success and you will always deal directly with an owner.

Letocom is an authorized dealer for Samsung. It is absolutely vital that your vendor be an authorized dealer for your hardware. Authorized dealers give you the full benefits of the manufacturer’s warranty, technical support, software and firmware upgrades, product recalls, and installation expertise. All of our telephone systems are installed and serviced by our own factory-trained and certified in-house, full-time technicians. Letocom’s sales people are experts. What We Do
Letocom’s diversity and knowledge of the telecommunications field enables us to sell and install other major brands of telecommunications equipment, including, but not limited to, NEC and Avaya. Letocom will work with your company to design and install structured cabling throughout your office (which consists of Cat5E, Cat 6 and fiber optic installations) and customize the appropriate system for your needs. We start with a comprehensive consultation with you to discuss your needs and to understand your environment, then follow-up with a written proposal, thoroughly outlining our solution.We also offer professional installation and maintenance of surveillance and security systems to ensure the safety of your home or office.

The LETOCOM Difference
